Booking Conditions
Residencial Marés
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the date of arrival.
It is the guest's responsibility to inform their bed preference when booking.
Depending on the selected rate, the reservation will be subject to the following cancellation policies:

Refundable Rate: Cancellations made at least 2 days before the check-in date will not incur any charges. After this period, the entire reservation will be charged;

Non-Refundable Rate: The reservation will be charged in full 4 hours after confirmation. If the reservation is cancelled within this period, there is no associated cost.
Pets are not allowed on this property.
Breakfast included in all rates.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:30. If you wish to check in outside of this time period, please let us know. Checkout must be done by 12:00.
Rentals
